Wow.  It’s really time for a change.  The old ELG site, designed and coded before Wordpress was really an option, is terribly organized.  I haven’t promoted my ebooks much because, as much as people like them, my old sites are just embarrassing to me.  Clunky writing, very clunky design, and just… overall, I can do much better.  So I am!

The original Excellent Living Guide started as just a little site to teach bath bomb making, and soon grew to be a resource for baby-beginners to get started makin’ all kinds of cool stuff — bath bombs, bath salts, lotion, shower gel, etc.

Now, I want to open the site up even more to other aspects of frugal and excellent living, such as creative children’s activities (that aren’t dependent on plastic toys, electronics, or the TV), staying healthy, other people’s site spotlights, and cool stuff like that.

I hope you stay tuned for the new site.  In the mean time, you can visit the old one.  The email still works, and the mailing list is alive and well with over 5000 members!  In fact, you can join right here:
