“How To Make Popular Bath And Body Products” is a PDF guide I wrote with instructions and photos about making lotion, shower gel, body scrub, etc.

Unlike many similar books, it is not focused on the “pioneering” way of doing it, but a fast and easy method to get you to usable, high-quality products as fast as possible.  Don’t get me wrong — the “pioneering” way is fun, but it focuses more on the process and romance of using historical methods.  It’s also for more experienced crafters!  You need a lot of raw materials, storage space, and some know-how.

I wrote the Popular B&B book for baby beginners — people without any prior do-it-yourself experience or confidence in their own creativity.  And it’s worked!  Over the years, I’ve heard from a wide range of people, including many teens, who just want the most for their hard-earned dollars.

I’m really honored to introduce people to this fun, creative hobby.  Not only am I helping them get the exact products they want — whether it’s recreating discontinued Victoria’s Secret lotions or making simple, natural body scrubs — but I am helping my students lead a more self-reliant and creative lifestyle that is not dependent on buying ready-made solutions off the shelf.

The ebook is now only sold in combination with the “Fast Guide To Making Perfume,” found on my site here: http://www.theperfumereport.com.  In combination, these books will help you get started making a complete set of personal care products.

It’s been a fun four years for Excellent Living Guide, and I hope to have many more with all the friends I’ve made through my sites.
